BrightTag Says Goodbye to Wacker Dr & hello to Wells St.

My company moved offices at the end of this month. We had a blast in the process, among the hard work. I have some outside pictures of the new location, but don't have any of in the inside of our new digs. Pictures to come.

We had another send-off this week. Annie left BrightTag to follow her dream and do Modern Dance in New York City. To send her off properly, we had a going away Karaoke Happy Hour!

Joe's 31st Birthday

Joe's Mom, Maggie, flew out to Chicago to celebrate his birthday with us.  We had a great weekend starting with dinner at Carsons Ribs, then went to the House of Blues to see a Led Zeppelin Tribute Band. I baked a cake, made him blow out 31 candles which was a lot harder to do than it sounds...

Month 5- warmest winter since 1972?!

Well, apparently Joe and I brought Phoenix with us. Research shows this is the warmest winter in Chicago since 1972. The locals are thanking us, but Joe and I are a little disappointed. We bought all new wardrobes and were mentally prepared for all the Chicago snow! We have had a few days of snow and I am glad I captured it on film because Lord knows when the next storm will brew.
